These terms apply to purchases of physical goods from shop.coastcams.com. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. They do not govern Coast Cams camera subscriptions or other services sold through separate websites.
1. About Coast Cams
The seller is Neil Salter trading as Coast Cams, 9 Queen Street, Dawlish, EX7 9HB, United Kingdom. For order enquiries, cancellations or complaints, contact info@coastcams.com or write to this address. Printful fulfils some products on our behalf; your consumer contract is with Coast Cams.
2. Products and ordering
The product page describes the item, available options and price. Please check the size guide, selected size/colour, quantity and delivery address before placing an order. Our current range uses existing designs and standard product options. Product photographs illustrate the goods; screens can display colours differently, but this does not excuse goods being materially different from their description.
Ordering through checkout creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. We acknowledge orders by email and confirm acceptance when we confirm that the order is being processed for fulfilment. If we cannot supply an item, or discover a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or charge a different price without your agreement. Any payment taken for an order we cannot accept will be refunded promptly.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The applicable delivery charges and final payable total are displayed before you place the order. Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not add a fee simply because you use a consumer card. Any offer conditions are stated with the offer.
Price changes do not alter an order already accepted. If a genuine error is discovered, we will explain it and discuss the appropriate remedy; this does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders or remove your consumer rights.
4. UK delivery and fulfilment
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom to destinations for which checkout offers a service. Contact us before ordering if no delivery method is available for your address. We fulfil calendars ourselves. Other merchandise is made to order and dispatched by Printful or its fulfilment partners. Mixed orders have separate shipments and may have a separate shipping selection and charge for each.
Calendars: the 2027 Official Coast Cams Dawlish Calendar has gone to print. Shipping starts in November 2026. Once calendars are in stock and the initial orders have been dispatched, we dispatch new paid orders within one working day, unless a different dispatch date is clearly agreed before purchase. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Each packed calendar weighs 250g. Orders of more than eight calendars (over 2kg) require an agreed postage quote before ordering.
Calendar postage up to 1kg: Tracked 48 £2.99; Tracked 24 £3.99; Tracked 48 with signature £4.99; Tracked 24 with signature £5.99. Over 1kg and up to 2kg: £4.99, £5.99, £6.99 and £7.99 respectively.
Calendar Special Delivery: £10.99 up to 500g; £12.99 over 500g and up to 1kg; £16.99 over 1kg and up to 2kg. Delivery-service availability depends on the destination. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 refer to the carrier’s services and do not include our dispatch time or promise arrival within 24 or 48 hours of ordering. Special Delivery timing runs from carrier acceptance and is subject to its destination and service conditions.
Printful merchandise: production takes place before shipping. The delivery estimate applicable to your product and destination should be checked when ordering; a shipping-service estimate alone does not include production time. Postage is calculated at checkout and can vary by product, destination and shipment. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made. If delivery is delayed, contact us. You may set an appropriate additional delivery deadline and cancel if we do not meet it; in circumstances where the law permits, including an essential agreed delivery date or refusal to deliver, you may cancel without an additional deadline. We will refund sums due for goods cancelled because of non-delivery.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your possession, or to someone you nominate other than the carrier. Please tell us promptly about an incorrect address so we can try to correct it. If you supplied an incorrect address, we will explain any reasonable additional delivery costs and obtain your agreement before arranging a paid reshipment; this does not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You can cancel purchases of our standard goods, including standard print-on-demand designs, from ordering until 14 days after the day you receive them. For an order delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel and return goods within a further 14 days. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind.
Full cancellation includes a refund of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order; extra charges for a premium service need not be refunded. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is sooner. We may deduct only for diminished value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives the return address, full procedure, refund timings, faulty-item support and an optional cancellation form. You do not need to use the form. For a different size or colour, our process is refund and reorder. Supplier return policies do not override your rights against us.
6. Faults and your consumer rights
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, contact us and provide photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy you are entitled to, including a refund, repair or replacement as applicable. We pay reasonable necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
Printful’s 30-day supplier claim window helps us resolve production and delivery problems, but it does not limit the time you may exercise statutory rights against Coast Cams. Sale goods have the same statutory protection as full-price goods.
7. Complaints and responsibility
Please send complaints to info@coastcams.com, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. Where needed, we will contact Printful or the carrier on your behalf.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Your information and our designs
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information, including information shared with fulfilment and payment providers. Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Photographs, artwork, branding and website content belong to Coast Cams or their respective rights holders. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit its design. This does not restrict your lawful use or resale of the physical item.
9. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply to you.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when you place your order governs that purchase. You can save or print this page and the Returns & Refunds Policy for your records.
