Description
Captured on a still January morning just before sunrise, this long-exposure photograph looks across the River Dart from Dartmouth towards Kingswear as the town begins to wake. The soft winter light settles gently over the water, while the early ferry crossings leave elegant trails of colour sweeping across the river’s surface.
The long exposure smooths the Dart into a mirror-like calm, reflecting the glow of harbour lights and the first hint of day on the horizon. It’s a scene full of quiet movement, local character, and the unmistakable charm of South Devon in winter.
Perfect for anyone who loves Dartmouth, Kingswear, or the peaceful magic of the Dart at dawn, this print brings a touch of coastal calm into any home. Ideal as a gift or to enjoy as a year-round window to the river.
